Unfortunately the band broke after less than 2 months.
You have the most inconsiderate and unresponsive customer service.
If something is wrong, they will not try to rectify the issue. My issue was you did not ship me the color I ordered, Red, and you refused to make it right.
First Fitband charged me twice for one band. Band broke first week. Fitband did not respond to request for either refund. I have notified my credit card company to reverse payment. BEWARE of this sham of an outfit.
Bands sent to me don’t work on my Fitbit. Too small and ends don’t match my Fitbit. I even looked up UPC code of my Fitbit to ensure my order was correct. Waste of my money.
